2024 National Registry Summit - Details

Summit Dates: September 17-18, 2024

In-person registration fee: $895

This fee includes all sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday and meals/reception listed on the agenda. 

Early bird in-person registration fee: $840

Early Bird Registration for All Attendees: Register by August 12, 2024 for a discounted registration fee.

Virtual registration fee: $740

Group Discount: For organizations bringing more than one attendee, we are offering a discounted registration fee of $840 per attendee. If registering after August 12, 2024, please contact us at cpe@nasba.org for the discount code to be applied during the registration process.

Registration will be open until the maximum registrations are met.

The deadline to receive a full refund for your conference registration, without incurring a penalty fee, is 12:00 pm Central Time on September 3, 2024. Requests received after the September 3rd deadline will be charged a $250 cancellation fee.

No refund will be issued to no-shows or cancellations after 12:00 pm Central Time on September 16, 2024.

Terms

• Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the National Registry Summit meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to permit NASBA's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
• In the rare occurrence that the event would be cancelled for any unforeseen reason, registrants will receive a full refund of registration fees within 30 days.

This year’s National Registry Summit will be held at Hutton Hotel, located at 1808 West End Ave, Nashville, TN 37203.

Reservation Deadline:  On or before August 23, 2024. Reservations requests received after 11:59 PM Central time on August 23, 2024 may be accepted based on space and rate availability.

Rate: $279 average nightly rate plus taxes and fees. If you want more time to explore Nashville, this rate is valid from September 16, 2024 to September 20, 2024, subject to hotel availability.

There is a credit card required for reservations. Free cancellation up to 12:00 PM 2 days before arrival. Cancel 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night penalty.

• Check In: 4:00 PM Central Time / Check Out: 11:00 AM Central Time.
• Hutton Hotel has valet and self-parking available in an on-site garage. The garage entrance for self-parking is on Hayes Street between 19th Avenue North and 18th Avenue North.   • Merge onto I-40W. Keep Left to take I-40 W via EXIT 211A toward Memphis.

  • Stay Straight to go onto 13TH AVE S.
  • Turn Left onto BROADWAY / US-431 / US-70 / US-70S / TN-1 / TN-24.
  • Continue to follow US-70S / TN-1.
