Shawn Fox, Principal of FFA, is pleased to announce the hiring of David Wharton, as Senior Director. “I’m excited to have David Wharton join Fox Forensic Accounting as a Senior Director. David and I first worked together when he was an intern in July 2002. We have now practiced together for more than ten years at both national and international accounting firms. 

David shares the firm’s vision to serve clients more efficiently and effectively in complex dispute, accounting and investigation projects. David has played a key strategic role on many of my largest forensic projects in solving complex damages and accounting issues.”  

David Wharton has over fifteen years of experience providing forensic accounting, litigation support, and financial consulting services to the business and legal community. Throughout his career David has played a key role in a number of high profile complex forensic financial matters and has worked with several of the country’s leading damages experts. David’s experience includes: commercial litigation, determination of lost profits, intellectual property disputes, corporate financial fraud investigations including whistleblower matters, class actions, insurance claims investigations, and has been retained in both consulting and expert witness roles.

Prior to joining FFA, David worked at a national accounting firm as well as two of the six  largest international accounting firms, providing forensic accounting, litigation support, investigative and financial consulting services.
