Southeastern Electric Exchange is a non-profit, non-political trade association of investor-owned electric utility companies founded in 1933. S.E.E.’s Rates & Regulation Section meets twice per year and has responsibility for activities that relate to the development and administration of electric utility rate schedules and tariffs including: rate design techniques, rate administration, service rules and regulations, contracts for electric service--terms and conditions, customer usage data and load characteristics, determination of the cost of providing service, and customer response to price signals. Please note: meetings are open to S.E.E. member company employees and invited guest speakers ONLY!
