This course meets the ethics CPE requirement for CPAs in Nebraska. It covers current issues and special topics in ethics in the accounting profession and the current AICPA Code of Professional Conduct. The Nebraska Board of Accountancy Rules of Professional Conduct are included in the Appendix, with cross references to the AICPA Code.
