This course is designed to meet the annual two-hour ethics CPE requirement for CPAs renewing their licenses in Missouri. It covers current issues and special topics in ethics in the accounting profession and the current edition of the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct. Selected portions of the Missouri Board of Accountancy General Rules, Code of Conduct, and CPE Requirements are included in the Appendix.
